สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาดูรายละเอียดของซอฟแวร์ที่ใช้ในการจัดการลูกค้า (CRM) และเรื่องของระบบบิล ซึ่งตอนแรกหาซอฟแวร์ไม่ค่อยได้ เจอแต่ตัวใหญ่ๆ อย่างเช่น SugarCRM, vTiger แต่พอย้อนกลับมาดูที่ซอฟแวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ Hosting แล้ว ก็พบซอฟแวร์มากยิ่งขึ้น ในEntity นี้ จะเป็นรายละเอียดของซอฟแวร์เท่าที่ได้ไปทดสอบมา ได้แก่ EZ Invoice Inc, Billing Software.us, WHM Auto Pilot, LPanel, Client Exec,
ซอฟแวร์หลายๆตัว ประสิทธิภาพสูง แต่ก็ตามมาด้วยค่าเช่าซอฟแวร์ต่อเดือนที่ราคาสูงด้วยเช่นกัน บางตัว ราคาสูงกว่า OS เสียอีกนะ ค่าเช่าเดือนนึงก็หลักพันบาทแล้ว น่าเขียนโปรแกรมมาทำขายแข่งเสียจริงๆเลย.
