I try to install Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 on Microsoft Windows Vista machine but cannot be success. Now, It take time over 1 full day and I will not continue anymore. By the way, there is workaround that might helpful for you.
ผมได้ลองติดตั้ง Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 บนระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows Vista มาตั้งแต่เที่ยงคืนวาน จนกระทั้งบัดนี้ก็ยังไม่สำเร็จ แล้วผมก็คิดว่า มันใช้เวลามากเกินไปแล้ว ซึ่งผมจะไม่หาวิธีแก้ไขต่อ อย่างไรก็ตาม มีวิธีทางเลือกอื่นอยู่บ้างที่ทำให้คุณสามารถใช้โปรแกรมได้
The way is install on the clean system. - -' (Not kidding) Because there are no more workaround for that. If you install in the clean system, it will successful. In my case, I install in virtual machine (VMWare, or you can download Microsoft Virtual PC for free via Microsoft website)
วิธีการที่ผมหาได้คือ การติดตั้งบนระบบปฏิบัติการที่ยังไม่ได้ติดตั้งซอฟแวร์อื่นใด (ใช่แล้ว ผมไม่ได้ล้อเล่นหรอก) เพราะว่ามันไม่มีวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาอื่นแล้ว การติดตั้งบน Vista ที่ยังไม่ได้ติดตั้งโปรแกรมอะไรนั้นประสบความสำเร็จเรียบร้อยเป็นอย่างดี. สำหรับในกรณีของผม ผมได้ติดตั้งโปรแกรมบน Virtual Machine เพื่อที่ว่าจะได้ใช้โปรแกรมบนเครื่องที่ผมทำงานอยู่ได้ (ถ้าหากคุณไม่มีละก็ แนะนำให้ดาวโหลดได้ฟรีจากเว็บไซต์ของ Microsoft, โปรแกรมชื่อ Microsoft Vitual PC)

แรกเริ่มเลย ผมขอพูดเกี่ยวกับสภาพแวดล้อมของเครื่องผมก่อน ว่ามีอะไรบ้าง
- Microsoft Windows Vista (Ultimate Edition) 32 Bits
- Installed: Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Production Premium
- RAM: 2GB
With the installed of Adobe Creative Suite components on above, it may be root cause that why you cannot install another components on it. But if you don't have any components from Adobe company installed in your machine, you may follow Adobe Knowledge Base article where have the workaround to install Adobe Dreamweaver in the machine
ถ้ามีการติดตั้งโปรแกรมชุดของ Adobe อื่นๆไว้ในเครื่องอยู๋แล้วหละก็ มันอาจจะเป็นไปได้ว่าเป็นต้นหลักสาเหตุ ว่าทำไมคุณไม่สามารถติดตั้งโปรแกรมอื่นๆจาก Adobe ได้เพิ่มเติม ทั้งนี้เพราะว่า Components ต่างๆอาจจะติดตั้งชนกันนั่นเอง แต่ถ้าเครื่องของคุณ เป็นเครื่องที่ยังไม่ได้ติดตั้งโปรแกรมอะไรของ Adobe มาก่อน แต่คุณไม่สามารถติดตั้ง Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 ได้ ก็ยังพอมีหนทางอยู่บ้าง จาก ฐานข้อมูลความรู้ของ Adobe ซึ่งได้เขียนวิธีการในการติดตั้ง Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 ไว้ กรณีการติดตั้งทั่วๆไป ไม่ประสบความสำเร็จ
This is a list what I was done in previous day.
ส่วนนี่เป็นรายการที่ผมได้ทดสอบในช่วงวันที่ผ่านมา
- Reinstall - using Repair mode to fix the problemลองใช้การ Reinstall โดยเลือกเป็น Repair Mode เพื่อแก้ปัญหา
- Remove and make new installเอาโปรแกรมออกแล้วลองติดตั้งใหม่อีกครั้ง
- Run as Administrator to installer packageลองสั่งรัน Installer Package แบบ Administrator
- Make Image File - Because there are error message show that files is missing. then mount imageลองสร้างเป็น Image File แล้วเม้าท์กับ Virtual Drive เพราะว่ามันมี Error message แจ้งมาว่าบางไฟล์ขาดไป ซึ่งอยู่ใน CD-ROM Drive
- Re-download new packageลองดาวโหลดแพคเกจใหม่อีกครั้ง
- Install to Virtual Machine, it is work! on the clean systemลองติดตั้งลง Virtual Machine ซึ่งพบว่ามันสามารถทำงานได้บนระบบที่ยังไม่ได้ติดตั้งโปรแกรมอะไรเลย
I think it may be have a better way to tracking root cause, but I don't know it, that why I try with no knowledge.
จริงๆผมว่ามันคงมีวิธีที่ดีกว่า ในการหาต้นตอของปัญหานะ เพียงแต่ว่าผมไม่รู้ว่าจะทำอย่างไร นั่นเป็นสาเหตุ ว่าทำไม ผมถึงลองแบบเหมือนไม่มีความรู้
